SILENCE, STILNESS & WAITING - TMW AUTUMN 2025

”The work explores notions of silence. Of stillness and waiting,

matter and marking, shadow and light, materiality and

non-materiality.

It is also concerned with creating work which reflects spaces,

both empty and filled, through the combining of a range of

materials and forms and coloured greys.

Drawing and mark making are key to the exploration,

understanding and clarification of thinking and concepts.

Running in parallel with the above , the making and construction using

materials such as linen, wood, metal and paint enable a

depth of consideration and outcome”
